This creature split from the snowky. Now, with a larger body and more developed digits, it is capable of walking with more ease, assisted by its long, strong tail. Its tail developed a very resistant membrane that facilitates its movement through the waters of the LadyM Open Ocean. Moreover, it can be used to fan it, to hold its young and eggs, and to protect it in the case of danger. When this occurs, it can launch the young to a safe place, far from the water. The small young don't get hurt at that time, because when very small, their body is very soft and has much stored fat.
Now, it doesn't live only in the north, being able to come to waters a little warmer. Its spiral tooth, located a little above of the mouth, takes shape of a strong, short horn, capable of breaking harder structures, like shells and seeds. The crymaid does this assisted by its digits, which developed into two long, webbed fingers. Its horsehair only has the purpose of moving away some predators.
Its name comes from the fact that it secretes a substance to protect its eyes while diving, like tears, also protecting them with its eyelids.
