The guardian urchip has replaced its ancestor the chameleon urchip in the Clayren, Ovi and Ittiz coasts. It grew longer still. It now has much more armor. It uses its shell in mating rituals and the duller a males shell is the better chance for it to mate. They have different brightness shells, The older the male duller the shell. It prefers staying in a single spot as opposed to moving from spot to spot.
