The hydroglobes traveled from Nuke Temperate Forest to Nuke Coast to survive surrounding the water.

They will grab hold of anything they can get - rocks, sand, passing animals. Eventually they got spread to Nuke Coast neighboring coasts, Ittiz and BigL. They have gained the ability to survive underwater, explaining their names.
