The ironcolony splits from its ancestor the ironroot. That happened when some ironroots grew too deep in the water. To continue reproduction in deeper water, they didn't reproduce by cell balls anymore, because they will go back to the shore every time. In stead they reproduce by colonial budding. The roots of the first ironcolony go back up and when they exit the ground a new iron colony starts to grow. That way they create big colony's of zelezocolonia. They still feed with iron.
