The pentoptho split from the xenobee and switched to a new food source. They now lick up the many spores of the clustershroom from the stalk with their long tongues. They have become larger due to their more robust food source and the lack of predators and competition. The five plates on their 'face' have rearranged themselves so that the eyes are in better positions to see. They now have depth perception on three sides. They are not as social as their ancestors and only live in the same nest to house themselves. They continue to use the reproduction system their ancestor evolved.
