This creature split from the multicolor beakworm. Living in reefs, this creature changed its habit of living in shoals to the habit of living in couples and started to present sexual dimorphism. The males and females perform rituals to impress the others and, when a couple is formed, they remain together for all eternity. With their beak, they dig small holes in the reef, where they deposit their eggs and continue going up around them, because they are very colorful and attract the attention of other creatures. When they are born, the young are dark and similar to the rocks of the reef, helping in its camouflage and, to the measure that they grow, they develop the characteristic colors of males and females. When it receives its final pigmentation, the young are abandoned.
