The squire finworm replaced its ancestor in the southern regions of Sagan 4. It began using the crowngea as living space, following it has it spread throughout the South Jujubee Ocean. Its rear-most pair of eyes have enlarged to help it see while it swims below the shadows of its home 'gea; its whiskers have also enlarged for navigational purposes.
Its body is shaped like an arrow, allowing it to cut through the water with greater ease. Its tail fins are segmented to give extra power its swimming stroke. Its wing-fins can now fold into a smoother contour, reducing turbulence. Other than these mentioned adaptations, it's the same as its ancestor.
Individuals live for 2 years, maturing in 3 months. Adults lay eggs in a similar way to their ancestors; larvae hatch in a few weeks.
