The symbioship hydroglobes split from its ancestor the hitchhiker hydroglobes and live only on the symbioship diamiboard. It helps keep them together like glue. Its sticky goo not only keeps the roots interlocked but makes other creatures drowsy if its sticks to them. Once stuck it will adsorb into the skin. This helps protect the symbioship diamiboard from any herbivores that might want to eat its roots. However its not all symbiotic, if the symbioship hydroglobes get too successful it will cover the tops of the symbioship diamiboard and thus prevent them from photosynthesizing, thus killing their host.
