The terrestrial emulsecho replaces its ancestors in Barlowe Tropical Rainforest. They spend less time in the trees and spend more time on the ground, but did not change their omnivorous diet. Its skin color is more grayish. Its eyes are more complex, even terrestrial, allows it to escape from predators. Their wings-ears are up, this allows it to make a very effective photosynthesis. Its position in the legs is less upright than its ancestor. They are also useful for courtship. Other than these adaptations, they are much like their ancestors.
