Ancestor:Descendants:

The beaked nectarling has replaced its ancestor in the Huggs-Yokto Savanna. They have evolved a slender body for greater speed, and grasping hands which benefit climbing. This gives these creatures an advantage when escaping from predators. Their incisors become a beak-like structure, and uses its bottom lip to lap up the nectar. This is somewhat analogous to a hypodermic needle, but not exactly. This species' group behavior hasn't changed very much; they still roam the savanna for more balloonarches, similar to how a giant anteater goes from nest to nest.
