The bogsorb sandflora split from its ancestor and returned to many of its early ancestors’ behaviors. It has become amphibious living in shallow waters in the Ichty Marsh still being able to survive on solid land as well though not reproduce. It reproduces via spores spread through the water and also filter-feeds the microorganisms in it like some of its early ancestor as a secondary food source mainly for needed nutrients. It is slightly smaller than its ancestor and has a longer mouth tube with a stronger sucking ability. Like its ancestor it has spiked shells with a dark coloration in order to absorb lots of light.
