The cheshiglut split from its ancestor, the guloglut. They prey upon the various creatures in the Barlowe Chaparral and Plains. They're almost half the size of their ancestors and have become well adapted to the much warmer regions. Their fur has become thin and fiberous, and their tail have lengthened to support their bodies. Their fur has changed to break up their outline to hide them when hunting. Their mouths are constantly grinning due to the muscles in their jaws. They have great regenerating powers so any cuts or stabbings from their prey quickly heal. They also can rotate each eye independently from each other, giving them a full 360-degree arc of vision around their body. When prey is located, all three eyes can be focused in the same direction, giving sharp stereoscopic vision and depth perception.
