The dixon foi split from its ancestor, and became more specialized. They have become more adapt a living in the water tables, and after millions of years without sunlight it went blind and lost all its pigment. They are transparent because of their lack of pigment. They feed on detritus that has collected on the surfaces of the cave. They have shrunken due to their less nutritious diet.
