The '''drakescooter''' replaced its ancestor in the [[Bumpy Polar Coast]] and spread out into the temperate coasts as well. It has hardly changed much other than regaining the amphibious lifestyle that is distant ancestor, the [[Mudscooter|mudscooter]] once had. That is, being able to carry water in a throat sac, which allows it to travel on land for longer periods of time before going back to the water. Unlike its ancestor, the drakescooter has purple spots on it that help it blend in with [[Pioneeroots|pioneerroots]]. If that fails, its spines can still produce negative or positive charges, so that if more than one spike is touched, it can electrocute would-be-predators.
