The '''Kosemen bubbleweed''' resulted from a population of [[Marine Bubbleweed|marine bubbleweed]] invading into Kosemen's waterways. They acclimated well to the salt bog, salt lake, and the salty lower reaches of Kosman River. However, that errant population eventually developed the ability to tolerate freshwater and invaded further upstream, only to be stopped at the shallow, fast-flowing waters of the montane rivers.
