The Limestone Ball split from its ancestor and moved to Mandate Limestone Caves. Its roots have become adapted to holding the limestone ground and taking nutrients from it. Basically it just sits there and waits for the limestone terpoutine to cross the roots path. The limestone residues from all those limestone terpoutines make its underbelly have a greenish hue to it.
The great stickiness it once possessed is no longer as strong, and it has lost its photosynthesis capability, but it still able to stick to creatures seeking shelter in the caves.
