The magma caverns recently opened up within Mae Sandstone Caves. It is a dangerous place and is filled with lakes of magma and rivers of lava. In the air are toxic clouds of sulfurous gas and extremely high temperatures. However, it also contains massive deposits of molten metals such as iron. This could be a major food source for lithovores. Only the hardiest and most specialized species could survive here.
