The morsus friga split from it's ancestor and moved out of the twilight zone. They now live along the coastlines, feeding on the remains of organisms. They now uses salts from the water to protect themselves from the bitter cold by acting as anti-freeze. They can be found in the blood stream of plents living on the beach or in brine pools in the salt flats. Other than these changes they are the same as their ancestors.
