This crystal split from it's ancestor and still lives in the [[Sublyme Limestone Caves]]. Unlike it's ancestor, the '''Phantasmagorian Crystal''' is nearly opaque. Since it previously was compressed in its habitat, the Phantasmagorian Crystal now secretes a chemical that dissolves the surrounding rock, making it easier to grow. Unfortunately, this chemical kills many nearby prey, and therefore, makes the crystal grow slower than if it had a full supply of food.
