The Riverriver Palmpalm has adapted to live in rivers. Besides living permanently in the water, it's pretty much the same as its ancestor. To defend itself from Stickyballsstickyballs, which can be attached to a Riverriver Palmpalm by Wingwormwingworms, it pumps water into the little pools developed from the segments. When such a pool is full, it will overflow, washing all of the Stickyballsstickyballs off. Even the leaves can be dropped, if they are infected with Stickyballsstickyballs. Because the Riverriver Palmpalm can reproduce by budding, the dropped leave can grow a whole new plant somewhere else as soon as the Stickyballsstickyballs are washed off. The Riverriver Palmpalm can also throw off the two extra trunks at the base to reproduce asexually. The tip of the trunks is filled with air, so that they can cover a big distance until they root on their new home.
