The '''saltspitter''' replaced its ancestor. Aside from it's head anatomy and increase in size it's appearance and behavior are almost identical to the [[Crying Pakko|crying pakko]]. Instead of simply crying waste salt out, it started to use it as a defensive weapon; it developed colorful sacs under its eyes where it stores the concentrated salt solution and a duct on its beak. Should it get threatened, it will display its wings and shoot a load of concentrated salt solution in the opponent's eyes.
