Ancestor:Descendants:

The subsurface nitroid split form its ancestor and moved into the watery environments of the Darwin Water Table and connecting caves and caverns. Being free floating organisms they have lost the anchoring projections of there ancestor as well as the square hoop. They feed on nitrogenous waste and dissolved nitrogen gas. Other than that they are the same as there ancestors.
