Replacing its ancestor in both [[Terra Swamp]] and [[Terra River]], the '''tetatom''' has several new adaptations. Its color is now white, making it blend with the environment. It swims on its back so the filter-feeding mouth faces the ground. That way it can filter-feed on organic particles and microbes in the bottom of the water. To increase filter-feeding efficiency, it sucks in water using its mouth, filter-feeds and throws away any waste through holes on its "head". Like its ancestor it uses its sensory organ to find microbes.
