Ancestor:Descendants:

Trispourus inmobilis split from it's ancestor and evolved a inmobile life style. They now grow, often in colonies, wherever there is a nutrient rich, solid base for it to sit on. They can also feed directly on living flora. They have lost their flagella as they are no longer of any use to them. In some areas the trispourus inmobilis can grow in such large colonies that the soil gets a greenish hue.
