Ancestor:Descendants:

The amphibious redmoss split from its ancestor and adapted to life on the beaches. They absorb dark green light, causing them to look pink. They have grown 10x larger than their ancestors making them 1 centimeter tall. They live a sedentary lifestyle, using their flagella as roots. They are found near the beaches, but their young can be found all over the sea. Their cell walls have thickened to keep them from losing moisture. To help with the stress, their pseudopods have split into individual cells.
