Ancestor:Descendants:

The ankephalo gulper has split from the dome-headed gulper. It has become like a large tank, designed to fend off any predators that try to attack it. A shell-like structure protects the creatures back and a clubbed tail (composed of a new and stronger wooden material) is designed to intimidate and hurt any predators that attack. Its domed head is still used for mating by the males. These creatures mate for life and only ever move around in pairs, as large groups require too much food.
