The aquttoplaque replaced it's ancestor, the guttoplaque in all the oceans of Sagan4. They have developed a think coating to protect themselves from the high salt content of the ocean. The acids that guttoplaque developed has become more potent. They are found only in the Ukfauna of the region. They can lead to ulcers.
