The archer silverling split from the silverling and migrated into the Ichthy Swamp. Since the Ichthy Swamp is being overrun by twelve-winged worms, the archer silverling has adapted to eat them to balance the ecosystem. It is similar to the archerfish on Earth, with its ability to squirt water on twelve-winged worms. The archer silverling's palate within its beak is designed similarly to that of the Earth archerfish, and to squirt the water, it presses its tongue on the palate. Its vision has also been modified to see prey from underwater.
