Splitting from its ancestor, the armored gildring has evolved a stronger "shell" and has, for the most part, forced its ancestor into submission, though it still persists in limited amounts in more secluded areas amongst the remains of the great crustacolonius mazes. Hardier than its ancestor, has spread throughout the beaches of Mason Polar Sea.
