Ancestor:Descendants:

The coral beakworm evolved from the cross-eyed deepworm. There are few differences from its ancestor. This creature grew more and developed a lateral pair of paddles. There was also an increase of size in its ventral fins and tail. These animals started to live in the shallow waters near the coast.
