Ancestor:Descendants:

It is less quick then its ancestor, although they now have a rather constant supply of food through micro-organisms. They feed less on macros, but still eat them occasionally when they have the chance. They then go in overdrive and swiftly eat everything alive in the surroundings. Even coastal nailfins can't survive these feeding frenzies, although they are rare.

They're beak has gotten a lot more curved, to hook on to prey and tear off food. The gills and their canals have small cilia that trap the micro-organisms and move them to the stomach. All non-digestible materials get excreted through the last gill hole.

It has moved from LadyM Ocean to Flisch Coast and thus simply split from its ancestor.
