Ancestor:Descendants:

The flipskunik replaced its ancestor the truteal diveskunik. It has doubled in size to help retain heat in the polar environment. Its body is smooth and sleek to be more hydrodynamic. Its flippers have become more refined for faster swimming however on land they are much slower.

Like their ancestors they mainly eat purple flora in the water and glass flora on land. When on land they must inch along using their flippers to push them, thus they never stay too far from the water. They will form large groups on the beach before spawning at the same time in the water to increase the number of offspring produced. During the night, they will graze on marine bubbleweed in the water, but during the day they will bask in the sun photosynthesizing and lazily eating cryobowls and their fruit.
