The Funivenator organuculus evolved from the Cnidolium simplistica after a rather strange mutation. One of the flagela mutated so that it was attached to the body at two points, making it useless as a flagela. Though this mutated flagela is useless for moving, the Funivenater can tense it to make it vibrate and create sound. This is actually used to locate other Funivenator organuculus so that they can stay in large groups, they have developed an instinct to keep tensing the "string" as well as moving towards other similar sounds. Other then that the Funivenator organuculus is very much like the Cnidolium simplistica, except that the flagela that was left has grown bigger to compensate for the lost one.
