Glicker Carpoplaque has replaced its ancestor microplaque in Glicker. It has specialized the carpozoa kingdom since they have calcium teeth. It lives much like its ancestor by growing into large colonies covering the surface of the teeth and gums in a clear "biofilm". It eats not only the left over food materials in the mouth but will absorb the calcium of the teeth themselves. Thus creating calcium deposits on the surface of the teeth. This can lead to gum disease and tooth decay in its host.
