Ancestor:Descendants:

The greeny nimbuscloud split from its ancestor, its colonies now clump on the wing branches of the maternal hiveballoon taking full advantage of the surface. The colonies are now denser due to not having to float, they collect liquid and nutrients from the waste products of their hosts. The young hiveballoons will remove colonies if they get in the way.
