The Gyroleffo splits from the Layleffo as being an efficient adaptation in the light absorption. This plent started to locate its leaves in the form of a helix, as in one staircase, eliminating the existing limitation in its ancestral one, where the superior leaves hid great part of the surface of inferior leaves. Due to this factor this plent is capable to grow more than its ancestral ones. The portion between the plent's twigs doesn't have leaves, what it facilitates to the dispersion of its genetic material by wind.
