Ancestor:Descendants:

The hallucrastrum are found mainly on icebergs, where they'll feed off the nutrients stuck inside of the icebergs. This lifestyle is very dependent on the tides and often crastrum will overlap each other a bit. This will cause the crastrum being covered to lose one of its petals. Once settled in, hallucrastrum will not leave their iceberg, unless it breaks.

Their ring pattern has also a distinct form, the older rings being darker in colour and having less chloroplasts, while the fresh rings are a very vibrant green, indicating a lot of chloroplasts. The nerve toxin of the hallucrastrum will break down its aggressor's nervous system, which will cause it to hallucinate and die shortly after. It has replaced its ancestor completely.
