The hanging nimbuscloud split from its ancestor and now clings to the zeploons, since the colony and the flora collect water in similar fashions (floating through clouds) as long as the zeploon is alive the colony will survive with it. Often their colonies become huge hanging off of the nests of bleeding bellyoons. Due to not having to float to survive, the colonies now are denser than their ancestors'.
