The hexspouruses genus group has replaced the polar hexpourus, tiaran octumoebium, and dark octumoebium. They use several small flagella and cilia for movement and a few larger flagella to search for food. The hexpouroses tend to be multicellular and they reproduce through mitosis. They are primarily found in freshwater pools all over Sagan 4.
