Ancestor:Descendants:

The infisting is a hybrid of Membranae infinitus and the sting cell. When trying to consume each other they fused together and became a new species. The very elastic membrane of Membranae infinitus was the perfect container for the sting cell. The latter's ability to penetrate and sting other cells helped improve the consumption of other cells while being able to store up what it ate within a cell membrane created by the former. Eventually it replaced both ancestors within LadyM ocean and its neighboring coasts.

When they move around in the water they make erratic patterns stretching and pulling their membrane in many directions. Sometime they stretch too far and a part breaks off making another cell. It can also engulf cells much bigger than it by stretching is cell membrane around it.
