The iridescent nobom split off from the nobomaton. They are about the size of a small sheep and travel in large flocks as well. They eat the violetgrass that grows in the plains areas. Their leaves no longer collect sunlight, but instead are used in a way similar to an elephant's ears, to keep themselves cool. Because the leaves already had many blood vessels in them, this was a simple change. The leaves also now have an impressive iridescent shine, which is used for mating and courting purposes.
