Due to the devastating krakowlimus pituitae, this organism, which evolved from iuncusaquatilis scutella, has lost its tether to the ocean floor. Instead, it drifts aimlessly about the open ocean. The central part dangling from the middle of the large disc, and is the remnant of the stalk. Most of the iuncusaquatilis innatoscutella's respiration takes place here. It reproduces by producing spores.
