Ancestor:Descendants:

The Parrotworm evolved from the multicolor beakworm. It still lives in the reefs, but it's far bigger (1,5 to 2 metres) and its beak is much stronger. It feeds on urchips and with its beak it won't hurt by the spikes. Then it will swallow the leaving sap and the soft bowels. The spikes and the skin will be food for some smaller beakworms and stingerpades. Sometimes they hunt stingerpades with the same technique, but this is more rarely. They aren't hunted by the snarks, because they can use their beak as a effective weapon and when a snark looses a fight, it will be the prey for the worm.
