The polagafin arose when several gutothgafin made their way to Blitz Polar Coast. Finding a large amount of food in the heavily abundant polar hydroglobes, they quickly spread and multiplied. When mating, both individuals involved become pregnant and soon lay dozens of eggs which are hidden within the polagea. In the far north they will frequent ice holes in order to breath, and are capable of chipping their way through it with their hardened heads. It has developed a form of biological antifreeze in order to survive this far north of the equator, in these cold icy waters that are frequented by icebergs.
