The polarblades split from its ancestor and spread to the southwestern beaches of Darwin. It hasn't changed much from its ancestor, except for developing a waxy, insulating outer layer to its leaves to keep in water and heat. This waxy outer layer has tinted its leaves a slightly duller shade of purple.
