As Krakow Marsh and Krakow River was almost totaly uninhabitet by any flora the salty spade-leaf split of and adapted to life there in symbiosis with the marsh phlyer, thus the pollen hive evolved. The pollen hive's fruit has moved into a "pod" and in order to get to the fruit the marsh phlyer has to use their long tounge, which they inherited from their ancestor, to search inside the pod and pull out fruit. Wilst the marsh phlyer does this it also get alot of pollen stuck on its face which is then used to fertilize the next pollen hive it will visit.
The pollen hive looks rather different from the salty spade-leaf, first of all their berries are no longer visible, they are all covered by a large pod that is filled with holes filled with pollen and with the fruit deep inside. Their size has also increased alot, they are twice as tall as their ancestor, this is possible because there is nothing to out compete them for sunlight. Like its ancestor, the pollen hive has a bulb that stores energy and produces anti-freeze during the winter.
