The prosubigosaurus uses its pointed foot to both dig and gather for food. While it does this, its two hind legs (which remain elevated during locomotion) will be lowered to help prop itself up. Its nostrils have moved to the tip of its nose, to allow it to sniff out food. Its eyes have specialized, the two large ones in the middle are for bifocal vision and color, the other two smaller ones are peripheral vision, specializing in motion detection, and can see a limited number of colors. Its tail has adapted to step on the ground more efficiently.
