The puffmane split from is ancestor the tasermane. Its is now a full carnivore and lives just in Jeluki Temperate Riparian and Jeluki Tropical River. Its wades in the river looking for food. Most of its diet are easy prey such as the fraboo or frabuki, however it can catch fast prey like quid or needlewings.
