The Rowing Plent is split from the Paddling Plent. Rather than diving down to the bottom it swims across to top of the water gathering ~~scarps~~ of plant matter as the much larger Pleppo eats the Sailily. It legs have gotten smaller while its leaves have gotten bigger and are used ~~and~~ oars. It moves across the top of the water like a rowboat. Its head has developed a small jaw that can grind up plant matter with wooden teeth. Its air hole which comes out of its back end has been ~~angles~~ up like a ~~snorkels~~ ~~air~~ can breathe while at the surface. It can also briefly jump up out of the water a glide for a few seconds when attacked by marine predators. It "wing span" is about ~~3ft~~ and the body is about ~~1ft~~ long.
