Ancestor:Descendants:

The salt-backed wingworm replaced the twelve-winged worm on the beach of Huggs island. It has evolved to eat the saltballs by expelling salt out of its many eyes on its back. It also has evolved large breathing slits on its front. This can help it breathe easier as well as pick up primitive smells. It lays its eggs under the caps of beach "shrooms".
